Street Folk show by artists of Saraswati Kala Manch at Sangrah. Kala Manch / Troop performed these programs in different pleases for awareness about Himachal Government's Plan n Programs through Nati Folk Dance/Media. Nati is a slow motion Traditional Dance of (Trans Giri area of ) Sirmaur, Shimla and Salan District of Himachal Pradesh. The Nati had been performed since hundreds of year in area by folk artists in couple or group. Sonnet, Ballad, Love Songs, Achievements, Harul and Prayers of Lord etc. are the contents/subjects of this dance and Nati is also called Gee or Rasa in some area. Nati artist should be perfect in specific singing and dancing. With the help modern musical instruments, VCD, Media, Internet, Stage Shows and U Tube etc. this Traditional Dance become popular and get Global Identity. Nati / Gee is also an effective folk media of Himachal State .
Sangrah is a Beautiful Town, Green Valley and Tehsil HQ of District Sirmour, Himachal Pradesh. Sangrah Town is about 63 K.M. from Nahan, 65 K.M. from Rajgarh and 25 K.M. from Reenuka Ji (By Road). Government Degree College Sangrah, Tehsil Office, BDO, HDO, ADO, BSNL Exchange, Police Station, Old House of National Awarded Kinkri Devi, Jawga Hils, Jawga Helipad, Rawlagarh Fort, Brah Forest, Lord Vijat and Shiva Temple are the main attraction/Place of Sangrah. There are 41 Gram Panchayats in Sangrah Development Block and Tehsil. About 21 Panchayats of Sangrah Block has been covered with the Snow during winter season.
