Traditional Thoude War/ Thoda Dance in Andheri Bishu Festival.

Traditional Thoude War/ Thoda Dance ¼FkkSmMs+@ BksMk u`R;½ has been Performed/played since hundreds of  year in Bishu Festival of Sangrah Development Block/ Tran- Giri area of Himachal Pradesh. People of Tran- Giri/ Giripar area has been organized Bishu Festival/ Mele in Beshakh and Jeth month of Vikrami Year. Bishu Festivals are symbolization of Mahabharata Religious War and participants of Thoude War are fight with Bow and Arch in Mela. Before independence, In Sirmaur State Giripar aria was divided in Shathi and Pashi groups which attacks on each other on occasion like Bishu and Mon Festival/Fight. In 19th century dew to awareness, education and lows of government both groups/ peoples of area made good relation between them and Thoude War converted in a kind of Sports now. People of Giripar organizes Bishu and Thode only to preserve there culture and enjoy festiva nowl. Bishu had been organized in village Andheri, Kando, Jakna, Suinal, Manpur and Ronhath etc. villages of Giripar (Sangrah, Shilai and Rajgarh Development Block) in traditional style. Andheri Bishu of Sangrah Block is being organized from 15th to 17th Gate of Jeth (May) month. Andheri Bishu  is the last Bishu Mela of Year in Giripar. Ram Singh, Bhajan Singh, Rjender, Brijmohan, Joginder, Jagat and Ranveer Singh are main participants of Bishuu. The Bishu festival is starts after permission of Lord Shirgul with melodious and emotional music of Traditional Musical interment Dumenu, Dhol, Nagara, Karnal and Shahnai etc. Participants challenge each-other to Thodo/ Arches fight and hundreds of spotter appreciates/bust up there own fighter/ participants.
