Black-Belter Radhik won three Gold Medals in Karate Championship.

Black-Belter Radhik Verma won three Gold Medals of different events in sub-junior International Karate Championship held at Sri Lanka. She also won Gold in All India Karate Championship 2011 held at Nainital. The national Karate tournament was organized by Uttrakhand Karate Association and she won the Battle in Kata event.  Radhika belongs to Dadahu Town (Renukaji) of Himachal Pradesh and her father Amit Verma is a shopkeeper. Radhika is student of 8th class in Kripal Sagar Academy,  Nawashahr where she is taking training/coaching of Karate since 2005. She got Black-Belt 1st Dan in July, 2010 and selected for seven members Indian/ Academy team in April, 2011 which participates in international karate tournament at Sri Lanka. Her Coach Balvinder Kaur toled that thirteen years old Radhika is not only a talented Karatist but also a hard worker little sportsman too. She practiced 4 to 6 hours in Academy daily. Miss Kaur believe that her student become a great Karatist soon and Radhika also taking hard Karate training for that. According to Radhika and her Coach it was difficult to defeat Shri Lankan Karatis in the Championship. Students of Nepal, Dubai and Bangladesh also participated in International Karate Championship (Under-14) held at Sri Lanka from 29th April to 2nd of may, 2011.
